We ship from Kelowna, BC (Canada), so shipping times may vary depending on where you live. Generally, west coast shipping takes 1-3 business days, while east coast shipping takes 3-14 days. Give yourself extra time during the holiday season.

Make sure you check your property, your mailbox, your parcel lockers, and/or your front desk (if applicable).

If you do not see your package, you should contact our couriers with your tracking number. You can start track and trace if needed, but wait a few more business days before doing so (just in case it shows up).

This depends on your location. Our North American orders include all duties and taxes, but overseas orders may still be subject to duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
